Moorhead Fire Fighters, Local 1323, is a union body representing 29 members of Moorhead Fire & Rescue, a fully paid fire department in Northwestern Minnesota, immediately east of Fargo, North Dakota.
Our Mission... to provide for the common defense of our members, to improve their financial standing, to facilitate our unified service to the community and partner with other organizations and individuals to cooperate toward common goals.
Union ProfileWe consist of 21 Fire Fighters, 3 Lieutenants, 3 Assistant Chiefs, a Fire Marshal/Assistant Chief, and a Training Officer/Assistant Chief.
Our President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer are elected from and by our union body, serving one year terms.
We meet quarterly for a business meeting. In the interim, our three officers comprise an executive board to conduct business of the union.
