Our staff come from diverse backgrounds and we all have unique talents that we bring to the jobs we now have in the fire service.  Most of us were employed elsewhere before becoming Fire Fighters, and many do some form of work on the side or have hobbies that can be helpful for the department.

Mechanics, electricians, maintenance workers, building construction, training and education and a host of other fields have been brought into play by Moorhead's Fire Fighters.  All this means more services at at lower cost to our citizens.
