 Fire damages Moorhead car dealership

Several rooms of a Moorhead car dealership sustained significant damage after a fire broke out early this morning.
Moorhead Fire Chief Joel Hewitt said the fire involved the dealership’s large receiving room and three or four offices at Suzuki of Fargo-Moorhead – The Big Lot at 2500 2nd Ave. N.
“It caused considerable fire and smoke damage throughout the building,” he said.
Firefighters responded to a passerby’s call about 3:30 a.m., Hewitt said.
No injuries were reported. The Moorhead Fire Department and the state fire marshal office are investigating the cause of the blaze.
