Moorhead Apartment Fire

The Moorhead fire department says three juveniles are responsible for a fire that damaged two apartment buildings and destroyed two garages in Moorhead yesterday. Authorities say the three started a couch on fire using matches.
The case is being turned over to the Clay County Attorney's office.
