Leaders from
across Fargo-Moorhead were put to the test by a large scale incident at an
area school. Over the course of several hours, the capabilities of
each agency were discussed as well as how they would respond to the
incident that was presented today.
Not
only did we leave with a partial plan on how to respond to this incident, but we
all learned a great deal about the capabilities and operating practices each
other would employ during a big event.
