Moorhead Fire adopted NFPA 1410 and outlines standards for initial actions at emergency incidents. Assistant Chief Dietrich holds the first evolution check off sheet that demonstrates competency in key emergency evolutions. The NFPA Standard intends to measure and improve a Fire Department's ability to perform quickly and efficiently during the first few critical minutes of an emergency incident.
