Dr. Harry Carter Speaks in Blaine

Dr. Harry Carter spoke at a regional training session held in Blaine, Minnesota this week. Rob, Bert & Jeff attended his lighthearted and experience filled training sessions on leadership and basic tactics and strategy.

Training was held at Spring Lake Park-Blain-Mound View's beautiful new Station 3.
