Chief Hewitt, Assistant Chiefs Dietrich and Wallin and
Firefighter Allen met at the Pierce Manufacturing plant in Appleton,
Wisconsin with Jerry Bons from Pierce (the truck manufacturer) and Jay
Cleary from Cleary's Safety Equipment (the apparatus dealer) in Rochester,
Minnesota.
Every piece of equipment on the truck will have a specific mounting
location. The cabinets, shelves and mounts were custom designed for
the equipment we will carry.
Final paint colors, reflective striping, vehicle graphics and
electrical accessory details were finalized. |
