| | Acting Officers Selected for 2006/7

After almost a week and a half of waiting for all test
results to come back in, and getting the Assistant Chiefs together
deliberations continued for several hours, and then broke off for a week
to contemplate the best options for our officers in training.
In the end, four names were picked, three to serve as Acting Officers,
and one to serve as a Temporary Lieutenant during the absence of Lt.
Eggert, serving in Irac. |
| A new officer training program will be developed to prepare
upwardly mobile Firefighters for promotion and new operational changes are
being considered. Details to follow later this year. Our Acting Officers
fill in as acting Lieutenants during periods of vacation and sick
leave. Their terms begin January 1st, 2006. |
