 Fire academy set March 17

The Moorhead Fire Department is offering its Citizen's Fire Academy
starting March 17 and every Thursday through May 12.
The academy starts at 7 p.m. each night and is an opportunity to see
what the Fire Department does.
Topics covered are rope rescue, water rescue, hazardous materials
response, auto extrication, medical response, search and rescue procedures
and live burn training.
Anyone interested should contact the headquarters fire station to get
on the list and fill out an application. Space is limited to 12 people.
The deadline to apply is Feb. 25.
