Our department is charged with budgetary responsibility for the City's civil
defense sirens. |

Working with the Moorhead Police Department and Red River Valley Regional
Dispatch we provide periodic monitoring and testing of the sirens as well as
routine maintenance. |
| We work with Clay County Emergency management on comprehensive plans to
provide for the safety of our community during a host of natural and man-made
disasters. |
